- 5-hour window
- Claude Code on Pro and Max plans uses a 5-hour session window. The clock starts with your first message and the window refreshes five hours later, per account.
- Weekly limit
- Weekly limits apply on top of the session window. Anthropic does not publish exact figures; occasionally it resets weekly limits for everyone, and those announcements are what this page records.
- Reset card
- No reset card scheme has been announced for Claude in the records we track. Every Claude reset on this page was applied to all accounts at once.
- How to check
